Hey!

I'm Cassandra Desrosiers (last name pronounced /day-rose-yay/, which means "from the rose bush" in French)! I'm a growth-minded product designer based in Boston, MA (I just moved from Atlanta, GA, after 8 years). I spot gaps, build strategy, and execute growth — for brands, for teams, and honestly, for myself too. I get excited about travel, beauty, music, faith, and using data and technology to motivate audiences.

After beginning my career in e-commerce and digital merchandising, I became obsessed with "how does this all work, and how can I build something myself?" So in 2017, I dove into web development at the Creative Circus — and found something bigger than a skill set. I found a pattern: every problem I've solved since, professionally or personally, starts the same way:

Find the gap. Build the strategy. Execute with intention.

I found my footing in retail media and advertising at The Home Depot, and later pursued my Masters In Information Design & Strategy from Northwestern. Throughout $300M+ in impact I found that pattern shows up everywhere now — in the products I design, the businesses I help scale, and the life I'm building for myself and my family. I don't just design for growth. I live growth-minded.

I am a minimalist who loves color, texture, shapes, ethno-patterns, and flamboyance. When I'm not head-down on design strategy, I'm probably singing in front of my TV to Beyoncé music videos, trying a new recipe, or playing with my 4-year-old. (...likely all at once 😄)
